Washington state honey gets its unique flavor from the region’s many microclimates. The honeybees that forage throughout them create a range of unique natural honey flavors. The bee colonies in the mountainous areas tend to visit wild lupines, and their pollen creates a raw honey with a richer, slightly huskier flavor.
