See, honey has its own ecological fingerprint depending on where it’s made. Wine sommeliers may be making up everything about terroir but trust us: honey actually does have a local flavor.

Colorado honey takes on a lighter golden hue, with a delicate floral flavor derived from local wildflowers. It's delicious and mild, perfect for those who appreciate a gentle sweetness. At higher elevations, the shorter growing season leads to sweeter, more concentrated flavor. Also, the cinnamon notes remind us of a cozy fall day.
